V&F's Meat Department is staffed by courteous, professional butchers who will custom cut all meats upon request. At V&F we cut no corners. We still offer old-fashioned hand selected prime hanging meats and dry aged steaks which ensure the best flavor and tenderness. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority!

We feature a wide variety of USDA Prime Meats, Bell & Evans Poultry, Nature Veal, pork, lamb, and a full variety of freshly made patties (including vegetable, chicken, turkey, bacon and cheddar, sirloin and pepper and onion sausage patties.)

We also feature our homemade specialty sausages such as cheese and parsley, chicken, chicken parmigiana and chicken broccoli rabe. All sausages are made with natural casings, the freshest natural ingredients and no preservatives are added.
